Her unique career path—from her beginnings as a freelancer for numerous advertising production companies as a production manager, line producer, and executive producer, while also being a partner at Voyelles Films (film production), followed by her partnership with Sailor Productions (international advertising production services)—has given her a keen understanding of both the practical realities of filming and strategic vision, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with creative teams. To date, she has produced six feature films and hundreds commercials and photo campaigns, both in Canada and internationally, with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $10 million.
